Speaking at the daily Downing Street briefing, Sir Patrick Vallance said it was “possible that we’re beginning to see… the curve flattening”.
He added, however, it would be another “week or so” before he could be sure. But maybe something slightly positive!
The foreign secretary, meanwhile, said the PM, who is in intensive care, is in “good spirits” and “stable”.
Oh wow I can’t tell you what a good night’s sleep does. Awoke this morning on my own accord around 630am and got dressed leisurely rather than frantically like I normally do to try and prevent Luna from waking the entire street!
And the day got even better! I absolutely love walking Luna alone in the morning but today I was treated to not only one children but two getting up and joining me. Arushi and Millen ( and a football)! Lovely!

We also saw Sailing Lucy who apparently is also Circus Lucy! She had another interesting story to tell and I need to try and hunt out her blog!
I felt a little sore this morning after yesterday’s more intense work out, so opted for Joe Wicks with the two companion dog walkers.

We spent the morning doing some more productive stuff which made me very happy! Matt was amazing at sewing curtains! Arushi and I made a start on pictures and what needs framing . Eashan did a great job of designing a new hockey stick and Millen has been practising “over the rainbow” in his guitar for the Carers call out this Thursday.

We also had a glorious bike ride today – we had managed to find a local store that stocked not only bread flour but also fresh yeast! Whoop whoop! It was exciting to track down a new independent store as well as having a little tootle around Clapham Common.
We’ve not been there in over 2 weeks! It was nice to go somewhere slightly different. We were debating taking Luna, but decided against it as didn’t think she’d sit in the basket… wow did she howl when we left!!! It was awful! She hasn’t been alone since this all started! It’s going to be a killer for her when life gets back to normal!

Eashan came home to spend a long time practising his new skill of juggling . He has also independently decided he would like to touch type which is a great idea so we need to look into that!
The boys had cubs while we had a game with the Gardners and I finished my night off with a chat with Sophie and Katie. Lovely.

Positive Thought- One of Eashan’s friends from school dropped off a homemade card, some Easter chocolate and a chat from the street. It was such a sweet and kind gesture that made us all so happy. Simple things, simple pleasures. Thank you!
