At least 1,228 people have now died in the UK after contracting coronavirus – an increase of 209 in 24 hours…. news is all a bit doom and gloom but basically we could be in Lockdown for at least another 6 months…. Goodness let’s hope not. This week has gone SO slowly , it’s practically gone backwards and I have achieved absolutely Nada! Terrible!
Another night , another nose bleed- but not quite as dramatic as last night … maybe because we knew what we were doing . I also quickly refrained from going to clean up the blood from Millen’s room as any slight movement wakes up Luna and I was not ready for a repeat of yesterday morning!
The clocks went forward today so we woke leisurely and had a yummy fruit salad for brekkie. Matt was pushing through but I could see it was a struggle and no one even mentioned any form of exercise this morning so it was extremely lazy.

We did a lot of baking today. The kids al made fougasses and layered rolls for burgers for this week. Arushi and I made choc chip cookies by some chef who claimed we had to leave the dough overnight in the fridge- this wasn’t what we had hoped for! Oh well better idea probably looking at general food consumption!

We spent the afternoon preparing for the Cubs local knowledge badge. Craig , one of the leaders , is again another inspiring type of guy who is such a self- starter and comes up with loads of fun ideas to get the kids going. He’s even attempting a cub meeting on Tuesday! Should be interesting!

Lovely to see the boys working together to then make their own map of where we live..

We then had to go and try and find some blue plaques in our local area.

We were very excited to see William Wilberforce had once lived at 111 Broomwood road according to the Bliw plague website but….

There are a few more too but the most impressive one being of a past British prime minister however we didn’t quite have enough time, as our meatballs were in the oven and needed to get home. We also needed to deliver a meal to Sue again so had to head home. Will do it tomorrow though!

After supper we did the Sunday night quiz from a local with the Parkers. So lovely to see them.

Positive thought: Lame but yummy cookies ready to go tomorrow!!!😉
