Day 64 Saturday May 23rd

So super fit Millen and Matty went off for another run. Eashan and I stayed in bed and Arushi had had a bad night as she decided to go down to see Luna who was barking in the night and then ended up falling asleep on her dog bed! Poor thing! But Barbs had told us to NEVER to go down so she wasn’t taking heed of her own advice! What can we say??

So post exams Arushi has had time to get her her nails sorted… all very jazzy!

After last night’s poor night we decided to go for a cycle ride and leave Luna. We headed off on an interesting blue plaque ride…. what I mean by interesting, is that we know who the plaques are for, rather than us looking even more ignorant than normal in front of the children! 😂

First stop Barons Court to see where a rather famous highly educated yet simple Indian man resided .

Then onto a very quiet Jermyn street to see where a famous scientist lived too!
Finally onto the last stop in Mayfair for the plaque for the most famous nurse of our times

It was Chris’s bday drinks so we headed off with our camping chairs for a cocktail or two! However they had upped the ante and moved things into the garden! It felt a bit naughty but we still kept our 2M distancing so hopefully that was ok!

They are such generous hosts and go all out with their cocktails…. I had lychee Martinis…. simply delicious!

Positive Note: it was so nice to see friends! Ooh and we enjoyed cocktails!
