I spent most of the day trying to catch up with work and write thank you letters and get blogging again so my day wasn’t too exciting!
We did managed to get a coveted nets session for the boys so Matt took them down and they loved it!
For another birthday celebration ( I know… what a birthday…) we were meeting some friends for champagne and oysters ( quite incredible!!!)…. Matty had been to Moxons to get the oysters at 9am and the queue was all the way to the common!
But wow was it worth it… such a luxurious thing to do in quite a basic time… so nice to see the others ( and Chris had bought up all the cocktail making stuff too!!) so we were very well looked after!
We left the kids watching a film as we were only round the corner and they didn’t seem at all keen to come with us!! So headed back for us all to get to bed.
Positive Note: Errr clearly the decadency of champagne and oysters- don’t want to sound all Ra as we aren’t but man they were good!
