I was out for part of the day delivering the refugee meals- each time I see the refugees now I’m getting a bit more of a chat with them and they are giving me feedback too about the food which is really helpful as we want to make it as tasty/ appealing to them as poss.
I also went to Clapham high st- parked the car ( yes illegally) but literally for 5 minutes and by the time I was back I had a £65 fine… that clearly put me in quite a vitriolic mood for the rest of the day .
Luckily Eashan had a little play with Ben organised and I a walk with Swapna so that was a nice saunter and made me realise it is silly getting het up over a parking ticket. I was doing the wrong thing, so it’s only fair I was fined.
Millen had a hoot with cubs making hot air balloons!
The evening was rounded off perfectly with a chat with my beloved MLC ! Love them! It’s been a couple of weeks since we have been altogether and I missed them so much.
Positive note: MLC- simple! But to have such a supportive, warm, kind, funny, intelligent set of girlfriends means the world to me. Thank you!
